OU starts by hiring some of the best guides in the business. Many of our guides have been with us for 10 or more years. We hire people that care about the river, the Canyon, and the experience we offer to our guests. Our guides come from all over the country and have rafted rivers all over the world. Many of our guides work full-time in the outdoor industry, while others are nurses, teachers, or firefighters in their day-to-day roles. Regardless of their title they are all professional, skilled, talented, and fun!
